Pressure Cooker Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • several sprigs of thyme

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker and set to pressure cook for 4 minutes. Once finished, allow the steam to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the rest. Discard the thyme sprigs.
