Pressure Cooker Rice
Ingredients

white rice

cup
chicken stock
1
tablespoon
unsalted butter
½
teaspoon
salt
several sprigs of thyme
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker and set to pressure cook for 4 minutes. Once finished, allow the steam to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the rest. Discard the thyme sprigs.
