Pie Crust Dough
Ingredients
1 ½
cups
all-purpose flour
1
tablespoon
sugar
¼
teaspoon
salt
½
cup
cold unsalted butter
diced into small cubes
¼
cup
ice water
Instructions
Prepare the dough by one of the three methods.
Dump the dough out onto a floured surface and form into a disc. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before rolling out.
Recipe Notes
Keeps for 2-3 days in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer.
