Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin

Jump to Recipe

This pork tenderloin has become a regular dinner that I cook almost weekly. It’s juicy and tender on the inside and flavorful and crispy on the outside. It’s simple to make and above all else it’s delicious!

I love pork tenderloin! It’s a perfectly lean and tender…and it’s also inexpensive.
I use fresh herbs whenever I can…you can’t get a better flavor!
The brown sugar really helps caramelize the pork
The olive oil not only acts as a base for the dry rub, but it also helps tenderize the meat.

Cooking doesn’t get any easier than with an air fryer. They cook faster than a traditional oven and you can use less fat to cook with!

Once finished, let the pork rest for 10 minutes so those delicious juices get absorbed back into the meat.
Save those flavorful juices to pour over the meat!!
